You can write a press release to your local newspaper if you have a really great site to boast about and get people to know what you can offer to them. If your press release gets published, you've just earned a portion of a newspaper in which thousands of people will read your article, gain interest and head on down to your site. You can also advertise your site by placing an advertisement in a newspaper or a business magazine. Make sure that the advertisement can greatly interest the reader and make them motivated to go to your site. What you can do is to ensure that your advertisement has a good sales copy and a specific time frame to tell your readers not to miss out in this time-limited opportunity. Thanks for sharing.

Gaining a reputation for straight talking is worthwhile. People who are fed up of being lied to will really value the word of someone who is prepared to be less hyperbolic and more constructive in their marketing. Don’t undersell yourself, but be prepared to tone down the rhetoric. In the long run, people will spend more when they trust the salesman.

You should have a good patience If you want to see productive offline results. For example If a new product introduced to the market it will take some time to get public`s attention. And advertising your product is more important, Because you won`t get a reputation for your product, If you are not publishing it regularly.
Yes I agree placing an advertisement in newspaper or a business magazines is a productive way for advertising.

Offline methods may include radio, tv, hoarding etc. They are way too costly. So, many want to grow business online.
