These are excellent tips for fitness pros to follow!

Goal setting is critical for clients. I really keeps them motivated, and focused coming back. Many trainers initially set goals, and then forget about them.

Setting your own hours is important! If you don’t your client will actually look over your shoulder, and into your calendar to pick any time they see open. It has happened to me. I don’t even like clients looking at my calendar.
