G’day! You’ve found your way to the Frank Team’s Young Entrepreneurs Network. We are a work in progress at the moment (some sections are waiting hungrily for content and plugins that we will be adding daily!) – but we are loving it!

We are inspiring young entrepreneurs. It is what we do and who we are! We are here to inspire young entrepreneurs and our network is made up of inspiring young entrepreneurs, just like you.

We know that young entrepreneurs LOVE to hang out with each other. We know that your friends don’t 100% understand you, and so when you get together with other peeps just like you, young entrepreneurs, you totally vibe off each other and magic happens. We are here to help make that happen.

Here you will never feel alone as you go through the ups and downs of planning, starting & growing your business with others doing exactly the same thing right now, young aussie entrepreneurs.

Fresh and relevant information is at your fingertips, so you can return knowing there is always going to be something new.

Just who is The Frank Team?

I (Jessica Kiely-Schebesta) started The Frank Team in 2001 (under the original name of Youth 2 Youth) when I was inspired to provide young people with fun, relevant and frank workshops on how to take ideas and make them a reality. This inspiration came from being on a volunteer youth committee and needing some training to make us effective as young people.

Since then The Frank Team has worked with over 30,000 young people from all over Australia, and even some international programs. You can get the whole Frank Team story here to learn more. And you can see exactly what we do in our workshops and presentations around Australia for young people in the career, business & community development area.

This next stage of the business, with this Young Entrepreneurs Network,  is super exciting as inspiring and empowering young entrepreneurs in particular is what I am truly passionate about. I personally know the struggles of starting up with no money and no experience. And in our 8 years of being in business we have done some awesome programs with groups of young entrepreneurs, from school programs to networking events and growth workshops, and I have always LOVED them, but wanted to do more than just one off events. This Young Entrepreneurs Network is all about that EXTRA bit more to help.

I was 24 when I started The Frank Team, but it was my second business. I started my first business when I was 19, which was a tutoring business employing uni students (Hills Breakthrough Tutoring Service and then New Horizon Tutoring). My story is also here for all to enjoy, if you so please! So I have never worked for anyone else, I have always created my own job through business!

This Young Entrepreneurs Network is all about providing relevant and timely help to young entrepreneurs at all stages. And always written and delivered in a way that is fresh, fun and young, like us. It is what I wish I had when I was starting! Plus it will always be FRANK; honest, open and to the point- no fluff.

Soon we will have events offline, so stay tuned. And I can’t wait until the forum and directory is fully operational so you can all start connecting one-on-one, because that is where the magic happens.

And, no there is no FRANK who works here at The Frank Team!
